For teams with a folder full of PDFs
Every answer opens the page it came from.
Upload your handbooks, contracts and course notes, then ask in plain words. Answers come only from your files — and every source opens the original at the exact page.

How much notice do I need to give before taking annual leave?
Annual leave must be requested at least two weeks in advance, and your manager has five working days to approve or decline it. 1 Requests longer than ten consecutive days need a second approval from the department head. 2
“Leave requests must be submitted no fewer than 14 days before the intended start date.”
“Absences exceeding ten consecutive working days require sign-off from the relevant department head.”
You already have the answer. You just don’t have the page.
It’s in the handbook, or the older handbook, or the scan of the signed contract. Search finds the file name, not the paragraph — so the person who has been here five years gets asked instead. Again.
It only knows what you gave it.
That constraint is the product. It is also the reason an answer is worth trusting.
- The assistant never types out its sources. It points at one of the passages it was handed, and we look up which page that passage came from. Getting the citation right is not something the model has to remember to do — which is why it cannot cite a document it was never shown, or get the page wrong.
- You can ask while files are still being read. A banner tells you how many are still processing, and the answer says what it hasn’t seen yet.
- A file that can’t be read says so. Scanned pages go through text recognition automatically. If there is still no text to find, the document fails with an explanation and a retry button instead of sitting there looking finished.
