Formcraft replaced a static FAQ with a hosted help center on help.formcraft.app, connected through a CNAME. Their in-app Help page embeds the assistant inline, so it reads as part of the page. Articles written in PageTruth publish to the help center and become searchable at the same time.

Where is response data stored?
Responses are stored in the EU (Frankfurt) by default, or the US on request for Enterprise accounts 1. Data is encrypted at rest and deleted 30 days after you delete a form 2.
