How Shiftly answers its customers

Shiftly’s sales team spent hours on the same pre-sale questions: per-location pricing, payroll exports, how trials convert. They uploaded their pricing FAQ, refund policy and security overview, and put the popover on the pricing and features pages, handing off to a demo-booking link when a question is about a custom deal.
