Choose Account under Account in the sidebar and find Email notifications.
Choose what you get
Switch What it sends Usage alerts When your account reaches 80% and 100% of its monthly answers Weekly digest Questions, answer rate and new content gaps, every Monday New content gaps When customers keep asking something your docs don't cover Each switch saves as soon as you change it.
You're done when
The switches show what you want.
If something's not right
I turned everything off but still get emails
Billing and security emails are always sent, for example a failed payment or a password change.
