Buy extra answers
Packs are for a busy month. If you need them every month, a bigger plan is usually cheaper.
Three steps
Open Billing
Choose Billing under Account in the sidebar and scroll to Extra answers.
Choose how many packs
Each pack is 500 answers for $20. Use the minus and plus buttons to choose from 1 to 20 packs; the total updates as you go.
Pay
Choose Buy answers and confirm in Stripe's secure checkout.
You're done when
The Extra answers tile on Billing shows your new balance, and you get a receipt by email.
If something's not right
My extra answers aren't going down
They're only used once your plan's monthly answers run out. Until then your plan's answers are used first.
