Refresh imported pages

Imported pages are a copy taken when you imported them. When the page changes on your site, fetch it again.

Three steps

  1. Find the page

Choose Knowledge in the sidebar, then the Websites tab.

  2. Fetch it again

Choose Fetch again (the circular arrow) on the page's row. PageTruth reads the live page and replaces the old copy. Cached answers that relied on the old version stop being used.

Importing a page or sitemap you imported before also refreshes it. It never creates a duplicate.

  3. Remove a page you no longer want

Choose Remove on its row and confirm. Answers stop citing it.

You're done when

The page shows Indexed again, and a question about the change gets the new answer in the playground.

If something's not right

Answers still show the old wording

The new copy may still be processing. Wait until the row shows Indexed, then ask again.

Can it refresh on a schedule?

Not yet. Refreshing is manual, page by page, so you decide when a change goes live.
