Sources, feedback and the keyboard shortcut
Three switches under Behaviour shape how the widget works once it's open.
Five steps
Open Behaviour
Choose Widget in the sidebar and scroll to Behaviour.
Show sources
With Show sources on, cited pages appear under each answer, so customers can read on. We recommend leaving it on.
Ask for feedback
With Ask for feedback on, every answer has a thumbs up and down. Ratings feed Insights and show on Conversations.
Keyboard shortcut
With Keyboard shortcut on, ⌘K (Mac) or Ctrl-K (Windows) opens the widget, and
/opens centered search.Save
Choose Save changes.
You're done when
The preview shows sources and thumbs under its sample answer, if you turned them on.
If something's not right
⌘K already does something in my app
Turn Keyboard shortcut off, and open the widget from your own button with PageTruth.open().
