Troubleshooting
Something isn’t working. Find what you’re seeing and check the usual causes in order.
- The widget isn't showingThe launcher doesn't appear on your site, or the widget opens but won't answer. Check these in order.
- Answers are wrong or missingThe assistant says it can't find something that's in your docs, or gives an answer you know is wrong.
- A website import failedAn imported page shows Failed, or a sitemap import brought in fewer pages than expected.
- Custom domain isn't verifyingYour custom domain stays on Waiting for DNS or Not verified yet. Check the two records in order.
- Customers see the hand-off instead of answersYour account or a knowledge base has used its answers for the month. Here's how to tell which, and what to do.
